Declaration of information obligation
As soon as you access our website or visit it as a user, your IP address, start and end of the session are recorded. This is technically necessary and therefore constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

The data provided by you is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract and for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. A contract conclusion without this data is not possible. The collected data will not be transmitted to third parties, except for the transmission of payment data (credit card data) to the processing banks/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the shipping company commissioned by us (transport company), which is responsible for the delivery of the goods, and to our tax consultant to fulfill our tax obligations.
If you cancel the purchase process, the data stored by us will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data resulting from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiration of the statutory retention period (7 years). The transmitted name, address, purchased goods, and date of purchase will also be stored until the expiration of product liability (10 years). Data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG as well as Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a (consent) and/or lit. b (necessary for the performance of the contract) of the GDPR.
Server log files
This website and the associated provider automatically collects information in the context of so-called "server log files" during website usage. This concerns in particular:
